  • Special events such as Halloween Horror Nights and Grinchmas are held at Islands of Adventure throughout the year. Check the monthly calendar on the Universal Orlando website to see if anything is happening during your visit.
  • The Meal Deal is an excellent value for those who like to snack. Priced at just $20.99, the Deal allows you to dine all day at selected restaurants. Add a refillable cup for just $8.99.
  • Although most park merchandise can be found at the main store (Islands of Adventure Trading Company), Lost Continent souvenirs are the exception. Many of that land's items are unique, so go ahead and pick up anything you might want.
  • Since most of the attractions are outdoors, many guests leave if it starts to rain. Prepare for the weather by carrying a poncho, and take advantage of vastly reduced waits. The rides only close if lightning occurs within five miles.
  • Table service dining is a wonderful way to celebrate a special occasion, or simply rest and relax. Your meal is an attraction in its own right, and can take an hour or more. Build plenty of time into your schedule.

"Exciting, a whole new concept"
Around The World Travel Radio

"Even though I am a local, I thoroughly enjoyed visiting and learning more about the history of the landmarks. The author's interest in the area comes through in his engaging style of writing. Being able to complete the tour at my own pace made it even
more enjoyable."
Flora Savitzky (Researcher)

"When the conference ended, I stayed in town on my own and used T4M's self-guided tour to decide which things in town I wanted to visit and what to see/do there. The guide was right every step of the way. Bottom line, this guide helped me make the most of my time in town."
